Useless customer service agents and none useful bank card

Well I have been with standard bank for over 10 years now,I cancelled their card because i joined FNB and that way the starting of my nightmare. I have been trying to do online transactions it keeps on declining my request, I even tried depositing to my SKRILL account it keeps on rejecting my request. When I call they keep on transferring me from one agent to another even now I still can't make any transactions.They either tell me to use the app or call another department, which aswell will tell me the same. I used their Securechat they never came back to me,even logged a callback they never came back to me.To me bank cards are useless because they only work on the ATM and I don't walk around carrying cash. I'm so disappointed with their service and I feel like they don't even deserve 1 rating,if there was zero I was gone give them.

I just hope my issue get resolved
