USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE

Absolutely useless company. I have reached out on several occasions regarding getting a business loan. No one contacted me regarding this. The green bank contacted me on the same day and put me in contact with someone who speaks my own language. FNB did not even bother to phone me or even send an email. It seems they are not interested in doing business or helping small businesses, despite advertising daily that they are there to help and grow small businesses. Avoid at all costs.
