Useless customer service
I ordered my credit card over 3 weeks ago but FNB and their stupid courier DSV keep contacting the wrong number no matter how many times I can call them, message them, email them to use my updated number when the card is on their way! But they still insist on calling my old number which means I keep missing the delivery time! Why call when you I have already given you my address and correct telephone number to call! I cannot function without my credit card!!!! Please have this sorted by the end of week Friday! I want my damn card!!!
