Useless customer service

on 13 November 2020 I have raised my concerns with regards to debit orders that went off my account without authorisation. I have received a Reference number ***NF but up until today no one even have the decency to contact me back with regards to my complaint. I have been trying to contact the bank but no one is answering. How useless can customer service be????
