Useless consultants
On friday i called to change my incontact as well as my cellphone banking number but 5 consultants failed to assist me.Agents kept transferring me from 1 consultant to consultant and the 1st consultant changed my number to0 071 instead ofr 074, when i called for them to change it no consultant was able to change it.currently i cant excess my cellphone banking beause of the mistake that was made and no one is willing to assist me.I need assistance asap!!!
