Useless Connexis
If you are ever in need of a budget phone, your are most likely better of getting a Samsung or Huawei. The FNB connixis Android enable devices is pretty useless when it comes to a smart device. Secondly these devices comes with a bunch of T&C before you can get them, and then they don’t tell you, by the way if think this product is not good enough for what you want to use it. Thought you can’t give it away or use another SIM card in it because it is “network” locked until paid up. So to avoid being disappointed, just don’t get them they are just not worth the headache.

27 Nov 2018, 07:36So you apologize for an inconvenience that cannot be corrected.
Those words mean nothing.
I informed the call center agent yesterday that I will not be hold ransom in being forced to pay up a “supposedly free” offering to use the phone. And would rather cancel R12000 plus future business with FNB Connect/Smart devices and pay the rediculous cancellation fee just not to have to deal with them going forward.
