Useless CCC with no customer service s****s

So I wasted time coming to the branch in Sandton to be told to call the CCC, spoke to Hleketani who was rude and didn't want to understand my frustration.. She is one of the consultants who should be shuffled when heads roll, she does not have customer service, I dislike FNB because of her attitude.
