Useless call center

Fnb business is the worst! I’ve been trying now for 3 days to get information on “fnb switch” service for an online payment platform and all they do is pass the buck. I don't understand. The moment you mention fnb switch you get transferred. Either its a **** product which it probably is or no body knows about it which probably is also a fact. Bunch of idiots working there. Its fine i shall take my business elsewhere.
