Useless

Should be a 0 rating! I called the call center because I wanted to switch to FNB. The website was not helpful because I used to have a profile more than 15 years ago. The login details unfortunately are non existent.

The person that answered was the most unhelpful person. with no interest in assisting me and was super quick to tell me to go to a branch. If I could roll my eyes here I would.

I dont want to switch to FNB anymore.
