Useless Business Division

Submitted an outstanding document on my business account on the 26th, the account has a hold and i can't make payments/transfers or debit orders !!! been phoning daily and every time I just get we will escalate this matter how can it take over a week to lift the hold !!!!! why does no one come back you are useless !!!!
