Useless branch manager Jacques & consultant Tumelo at Woodlands Pta East

This morning I was inside the branch for over an hour at Woodlands Boulevard and super frustrated as I am not helped with F N B Paypal services. Spoke to Jacques Herman the manager regarding my issues and he advised I open up the cheapest bank account as "it would be easier". So I wait to see a consultant Tumelo Moloisane who hears Paypal services & directs me to an empty desk to be put on the phone with so called F N B paypal services only to be told by Paypal not F N B that all is fine on their side my account is all set to send and receive money but the F I C A issue must be resolved by F N B directly. Duh ! hence I went to the branch because 5 days ago I emailed my Color I D and proof of address but when I log on to F N B it shows I am not F I C A compliant. So I go back to Tumelo's desk, raising my voice in the branch and show him the email that I sent the docs and suddenly I must email it to him so he can verify my docs to be compliant ! ! Why must people get loud and only then you listen ? F N B why do you offer the service of using Paypal without an F N B account if your staff not even the branch manager knows what they doing with Paypal ? ? Do you realize the level of imcompetence displayed ? This ********** service is why I left F N B in the first place. So no dear branch manager, I will N O T open up a bank account with you even if it was free if my life depended on it.
