Useless Branch manager Hayfieds FNB (PMB)

Thanks Standard bank for rescuing the situation. Friday i went to Hayfields FNB to withdraw cash by the tellers, and I was told they wont do it coz I don't have debit card. and I was so surprised , introducing virtual card and you expecting me to have a card when coming to withdraw and to my surprise even the branch manager didn't help . He called me and did nothing to assist.

FNB use to be best in technology. thanks Standard bank for your help not FNB
