USELESS!!

I made an immediate payment yesterday (01/07/2020) and the money hasn't left my account up until now (02/07/2020). You can literally die waiting on FNB to deliver a very basic service which small banks deliver better and cheaper.

To top it off, 3 different people from FNB's contact centres misled me which proves that there's a very limited product and service knowledge.
