Useless banking system

Even after 3years of leaving FNB they still find ways to inconvienance me. This is just abuse from FNB. Can't access money on my ewallet. It says I should enter my card number even though I nicely asked them to remove me from all their system stupid banking system. Its just to bad my client had to use ewallet to send me the cash so I could intsantly get it. FNB still finds a way to inconvienance me, the call centre people say they can only help me on Monday. Seems like my efforts of running away from the master of inconvienance are futile.
