Useless banking solution and service

FNB Business is a failure! I have wasted so much time recently trying to get my business account and credit card set up. FNB doesn’t seem to realise that time wasted on them is income lost. Time to find another competent bank and solution. Complaining through their help channels doesn’t resolve anything. I suppose one lost customer doesn’t matter to this large banking institution…
