Useless banking

FNB will forever be my worse nightmare hence I closed my account, they couldn't manage to help me with a mare 5k transaction account, they had to take full 3 month to fix it had to even close my account,imagine paying so much on their month fees then still have to fight, now a simple 500 ewallets is giving them a problem imagine if they have to hold 100k for you and hustle to get it, the money you worked hard for, I will rather go to capitec than sitting with so many inconvenience events now, one of the best I was rating 5 out of 5 but if there was negative rating they were going to negative 5 now.
