Useless bankers

I logged a query regarding the reversal of debit orders and it was escalated on 7 August 2020. When I followed up I’m told the turnaround time is 7 to 14 days. Till today nothing was done and the guys on the secure chat take forever to reply until you get logged off then they discontinue the chat claiming they did not receive a response from me. I sent a message at 16:52 and now 18:08 I still haven’t spoken to a banker even though I was number 53 on the que. I’m really unhappy with the service I’m receiving from FNB.
