Useless bank when reversing debit orders

I wanted to reverse a debit order coz I cancelled mtn but they keep debitting me I asked for a reversal and they basically told me to go pound sand.. Don't ever use this bank and considering I am a former employee.. I am truly disappointed in the service of the bank and how it handles matters..
