Useless Bank, Useless consultants!!

In the beginning of May I app**** for a credit card with this lady called Mkateko Makhubele. I have never received such disgusting service in my life, this women ignored me most of the time, when I asked her about benefits she told me to go look on the website, I even had to ask her does she not want to help me at one point because she was ignoring me consistently. We did the process I got the documents then told her to please review the interest rate because it is very high and my credit score is very good. that took weeks again she did not give me feedback, then when she finally did she told me we need to recapture, I was annoyed but anyway what can I do, two days later I asked her how far she is she told me she didnt start because she needs my go ahead...what the hell??????????????? She didnt asked for my go ahead and nowhere in the process did I ever say cancel, if I did not ask for feedback how would I know she is waiting for me because she is saying nothing... I am so frustrated, this is why I hate FNB because this is the service you get!! I cant believe this woman. Its like they do not value the customer at all, we are just a means to an end &not even one that is taken serious... I do not want to deal with this women anymore, I feel like just cancelling and going to Discovery
