Useless bank that is refusing to assist in winding up my late husband's estate.

My husband passed away in July 2022, and my lawyers Masete Attorneys have on numerous occasions tried to contact this useless bank in order for them to be able to file for liquidation and distribution of my husbands estate with the masters office, however FNB is hellbent on not assisting us.

I need this issue sorted or else I will continue typing these emails because for you guys to help a person is when one throws a fit.

I need all funds in my husbands account transferred to the estate account, and closed ASAP as it continuous to accumulate interest 10 months after his death. I am a grieving widow therefore I do not need this stress that FNB is adding to my health.

Your motto says how can we help you but from July 2022 I have not had any help, we have firstly spoken to Greg Van der Merwe in September 2022, then it was Doreen Bernard in October same year, and recently we spoke to Khothatso Tsile and none of these people have been able to help me. What must I do to get help? I have been to branches, called, emailed and still no help.

I WANT SOMEONE TO EXPLAIN AND CALL ME WHAT THE DELAY IS SINCE I HAVE SENT ALL THE DOCUMENTED THAT YOU REQUESTED. IT IS ALMOST A YEAR AND THIS NEEDS YOUR OUTMOST URGENCY!!!!
