Useless Bank - Shouldnt Qualify for 1 star

My bank account was deducted twice on the 24/09/2023 when the card machine went offline while putting petrol in. After numerous calls and dispute logged and being told to wait seven days.

I am now being told to log yet another call for my money to be returned. Looking at all the comments below I wonder how many customers FNB is robbing and claiming interest on our money. I'm not expecting to get a response because this company is just useless and the staff do not care....
