Useless bank services biggest **** FNB

My second Review...FNB still a **** they rep**** here saying they laid a complaint they will be in contact with me we are on day 4 or 5 still no comunication..... FNB takes money for you then issues sumons iv been trying to sort this out since 16 july its still not sorted im being harrased bu debt collecter because FNB stuffed up my account i hamg on for hrs at a time trying to get hold of the departments to help me and they still issue sumons i have got multiple complaints yet nothing resolved FNB is fast to take money out of my account but nobody is ever able to help me iv made payment arrangements yet i get handed over and sumons against me but my acc is only in arears because FNB didnt do what they have to what they get paid to now im paying for it my credit score is a mess because FNB staff stuffed up and nobody can be botherd to help me with answers. I dont work on the FNB system yet i have enquierd many times all i get told is iv sent a email or iv escelated it!!!! FNB BIGGEST **** WORST BANK EVEV AND VERY UNHELPFUL
