Useless Bank in the History of SA

This bank is a joke and truly useless. I closed my account with a balance or R0.00 on the 29 August 2020. I was a Private Banking Client, I was told I can’t phone in I must go into the branch to close my accounts. So I did that when there, well the gentleman had some issues, gave me proof he send it though. I notified them on there Facebook Messenger that is done with screen shots and photos. Now it’s the 2nd and now there is an amount of R239 outstanding yet it was closed 4 days ago. Someone will apparently phone you to close it. They claim they make banking easy ******* they have no idea what they are doing. They had this COVID 19 help as well apply online all good, myself and a friend though great why not we app**** together he got some assistance my still pending lol. Worst bank ever
