Useless Bank fleeces yet again

I app**** for a loan online 23/12/2018...It was pre-assessed then pre-approved eventually getting an email to say its been approved...This bank offers ****** short term loans which i have been utilising and paying very well. Yet they promised process would take 24 hours...After recieing an approves email confirmation and over R200 of airtime trying to find out why the procesa is taking long,being put from pillar to post with no priper service...Being told money will be paid out...I receive an sms now at 20h51 that saying unsuccessful...I am sick I and tired as awhile back I was unfairly dismissed and went to FNB for aaaitance to make payment arrangements I even have proof that wholst jn the branch even the consultant was put on hold for over 45 minutes. I HAVE ALL THE PROOF. How can a bank so blatantly have disregard for their customers. They offer me loans yet when I really need help this is what happens. So tomorrow im coming in to close my account and tell Social Media the real service behind:How can we help you? Which is really useless...You guys fleece us and stull expect us to bank with you after you treat us like ****...
