Useless Bank

My account was debited a massive amount from an unauthorised source. Its been 5 months I've been trying to resolve the issue. They have put me in a negative balance, when I try to have this resolved, no one responds. Call centre cannot transfer to the person dealing with my case. Email is not attender to. Its all just a big mess in that organisation. I moved my portfolio with them in 2008 and they got me back last year. Less than a year later, same problem. No one cares and no one accounts. Sadly they are the only one with PayPal facility which is the only reason I went back. I've been trying to contact Werner Naude for days now and no one can assist me. Royally useless bank
