Useless bank
FNB is such a useless bank in time of need. The fact that I can't reverse unauthorized debit orders on my app, telephonically and even at their own branch shows me how useless the bank is...I just can't stand this nonsense anymore. I’m tired and permanently moving to another bank that cares about us clients.

“Please take note that the debit order disputes functionality is no longer available via the Contact Centre and we are unable to process your request.
You can perform debit order reversals and disputes via the FNB App, Online Banking or Cell phone banking, provided they are R200 and below. If the debit order is greater than R200 on digital channels you will be pushed to a Debt Relief team within the Bank.
The instruction to have a debit order loaded is usually initiated by you as the client. Debit Order agreements are entered by Customers and 3rd party companies/creditors without the Banks involvement.

This is exactly why I’m moving from FNB! Fnb is just trying to trap us into taking debt relief loans so they can benefit our interests. Shame on you, the world is in crisis and you are trying to gain from this? Which bank in their right minds take away debit order reversal option? Are u not aware of the term UNAUTHORIZED debit orders? So what do I do now? Mxm
