Useless bank

I am very disappointed after cancelation of my iwyse car insurance and went over to fnb . The worsed. It's been two weeks I am asking for a call back and help , I was looking for roadside assistance and I am told I don't have it ...what insurance doesn't have . I am soo angry at this useless bank as a wealth client
