Useless bank
I have a business banking with Fnb . One merchant charged me 3 times for same amount but only approved 1 transaction . Other 2 transactions are still under outstanding authorization and affecting my balance . These transactions were done on 24 april and it’s almost a month now Without any help

19 May 2020, 09:53I also app**** for Covid 19 relief funds and 4 of my employees were paid and one was not paid surprisingly I found out that they have paid someone else by the name of TD brits , who doesn’t work for me . I raised the issue sent 3 emails with no response . I’m very disappointed in the service given by your employees Simone Maharaj and My business Manager Rajesh Singh . There are so unprofessional And worse the business manager does not answer his phone at all . Who is gonna pay back the money that was given t someone I don’t know ? This is a high risk situation and they don’t see that . What kind of business manager who does not attend to the queries . This week only 3 employees were paid what happen to the fourth one ?
