Useless Bank

I have logged a *****ulent transactions on my bank account on Sunday, The transactions were pending and I am definitely sure the transactions were processed without my pin number.

Now I checked them on my App and those transactions are banked and the is still no feedback/ any call from the FNB ***** department, How do we even trust that the bank is acting on our best interest?

I have called them twice and both on those calls, On the First call the agent said they transferring the the relevant department but just decided to drop my call

The second call, It sounded like the was someone about the speak and the line just we dead !!!!

FNB its just useless

Someone please just close my account, I'm done with FNB

The should be a bank out there that will appreciate and respect my business
