Useless Bank
Reverse the unauthorized debit orders on my account now. Useless bank, overpriced bank and never available!! YOU CAN NEVER HELP ME..

05 May 2020, 20:24Your call center cuts calls even after successfully authenticating, debit order reversalquery via the app has taken 5 days to be attended only to be told I must lodge it again, the time frame in which my debit order can be reversed is lapsing.. The list is endless for my complaints-Can you just reverse the 2 debit orders on my account for March and April. I have not signed any debit order mandates with this company. The app is completely useless!! Do not send me there again!!!
