Useless bank

I'm so disappointed once again with FNB, I went to the branch they couldn't help me, wasted my time and airtime calling their call center and still not getting any help, I am un able to accept an invitation on the cellphone banking from my stokfel account and neither of their staff is able to help, the whole year we saved our money from FNB but at the end it is a problem to receive my money, consultants from cellphone banking could not help, business banking can't help either. FNB is getting useless by the day
