Useless Bank 😡😡😡😡

FNB is one of the worst banks around, their app is useless. I wasted my airtime to call them just to get a proof of payment and the stupid app is not working. Then the guy on the other line is telling me he can’t help me as he can’t authenticate me from the app that is not working, like how?????? It’s my F**ckin account for crying out loud. I don’t need money transfer just a proof of payment
