Useless Bank App

****en hell man. How did you design this app now? I forgot both my password and username but I have my bank card. Where the **** do I now reset both of them. I understand security but ****, if I have my bank card and pin number why can I not reset them on the app so I can login quickly. You do know how fast and busy life is nowadays RIGHT?????!!!!! **** man.
