Useless bank and very frustrating to clients

this is the exact reason why i closed my personal account and if i dont get any joy from this bank , i will, be closing my business account and cancelling my car insurance and funeral insurance, i have been trying to increase my limit on my account for months , now and i have spoken to people on the phone who has sent me from pillar to post , and the latest story is that my App profile is showing personal that is why i cant increase my limit and i must register for online banking which i did and i had to go to a branch to activate my profile , and i just came back and now i cant increase my limit without my card that is ridicilous and i am beyond angry
