Useless bank and useless staff

I app**** and received a temporary loan from FNB on or during November 2022. The loan was paid up on the 15th December 2022 and it was updated as paid up on my credit record. Recently I was surprised when I check my credit score only to find that my score it's very poor due to the fact that FNB updated or never updated my record after payment which the temporary loan is still appearing as owing and in five months arrears . When I contacted FNB I was requested credit report which I have provided however nothing has been done other than been told that on their side it's paid and was paid up last year. But what about my record. It's wrong now because am appearing to be a bad payer. Fnb is so useless I'm so disappointed in this bank and useless staff. I even regret switching my salary from Capitec bank to this useless bank. Nxa!!!
