Useless bank and their line staff .

So in March my insurance was approved to cover my personal loan for the period I was laid off duty!now fnb is telling me to cover those months since I am back at work so what was I paying the insurance for?and why was this not clarified from the word go because I wouldn't have agreed to that!the email I have does not state that and Nthapelo couldn't eve help with the queries I had ,told him to transfer me to the Manager and I was told the manager works from home so he can't assist..what bull**** is fnb selling us.
