Useless bank. All you get is automated emails!!

Requested a statement on my rcp. It's been almost 2 weeks of automated emails and no statement

Clearly they are altering the statement because it's not even on the app. Fnb only responds when exposed on Hello Peter then they have the nerve to tell me that their is no reason to go to social media!

Even now after posting this I will get a reference number with no one responding.i don't think anyone actually does any work there!!!
