Useless bank

I write this because of frustration I have FNB frozen my funds it's been weeks now there's no communication even if I gave them Authority to refund the person who reported my account because of the mistake he/she did by sending me money ,it is unfair to me because now you froze my account because of the fault of person ,I did not ask the person to send me money ,you even check me everywhere I'm clean ,I'm a student that you are taking a life away because now I'm stranded, why you destroy my life like this ,the only thing you care about is to send me notifications of nonsense i said give that persons money and then close my account because I don't have account the way you are treating me with
