useless bank

I have worked in several FNB branches and the service is terrible, mostly if your black,,, 10 years ago I worked for this bank, North Cliff corner branch, we were trained that whites are the most important clients,,,,,, its really sad to see that 10 years later nothing has changed, this bank can make you feel that being black is a curse......
