Useless bank

FNB is extremely useless,I took their fusion overdraft before and I closed it thinking that maybe it was just a mistake in their side,stupid me,I took another one,a different one,my acc is on a positive meaning I owe ***ol but on Experian,that fusion overdraft is listed with an instalment even though the balance is R0 Rands,how is it possible that you have an instalment on an account that’s showing 0 balance? Am closing this stupic account and all other related accounts altogether,its ruining my credit profile for absolutely nothing
