useless bank

on the 12 January 2016 I made a deposit of R9000 Iinto Glenc***ie hostel aaccount *** for my daughter, the school later said the is no more space: Glen ***ie secondary school management Iis so unprofessional and incompetant how ever dont want to talk more about them, I want to talk about fnb andmy exexperience with them, I went to fnb Jane furse on the 13th I was told to go fnb in rosslyn where the deposit was made, imagine the distance the costs ,the time,,but I went bcoz I need the mmoney to pay another school,, how it was closed when I got here, 15 th I went in spoken to Esther masombuka wwhotold me I must to ttheschool , wow, ttheshort vvisionof my story we called jJohan jasen the RM of the aaccount who told me he ccan'tfforce the school to give aauthority to debit the , ttheschool have personal Iissues with me and my family does why they saying will give themoney Iin June now I eexpected the bank to assist me hence my child Iis now waiting at another school without a payment they won'tallow her, please I need themoney now
