Useless bank!

Poor service, I spoke to Valencia Mabota. Absolutely useless service, all I wanted was to reverse an ewallet transaction and she told me that they could only help the next day, which is completely pointless because that needs to be done asap. They should be able to help their customers, anyone can make a mistake. It shouldn’t be so difficult to reverse it. I can’t deal with bank they impossible, I’m closing this account and never looking back. If they can’t secure their customers safety then it’s a useless company. Never use them
