Useless bank

Since i opened a account at fnb its been problem after problem from trying to transfer money the money never went thru tried to withdraw money from paypal money disappeared without a trace i have been speaking to numerous consultants when to the branch was told my profile have been *******ed when i asked the consultant how does a banking profile get *******ed he was like oh did i say that i probably misspoke for the past 3 months i have been calling and going to the branches to get answers but up to now nothing have been resolved its beyond infuriating the main reason why i opened a fnb account was to get access to my paypal account and its just beyond frustrating to deal with a bank that deals with their customers way
