Useless bank

Hi. I wanted to give FNB a zero or negative rating but this scale only starts from 1. FNB's Credit Card/Collection Department is nonsense. I have been on the phone holding for about 4 hours just to make a query on my account. When finally someone picked, nothing was said and they just hung up on me. PURE NONSENSE!
