Useless bank

I've done 2 PayShap transactions from FNB to Capitec , one of R300 and another of R200 ... I got charged for the transactions but yet money is not reflecting on my account. I need this money for medication, FNB really pride themselves in providing atrocious and appalling service all the time, the bank charges are too much but yet the service is bad .
