Useless bank.

How can I trust this bank anymore? Useless bank ever. Last month I was told African Bank requested my account to be blocked. I went to African Bank and they assured me that fnb was notified to unblock my account but they still blocked my account with my money inside. This is a lesson learnt to never accept EFT if you use fnb you will suffer. Their lazy investigators are very fast in responding when another bank calls to block accounts but they never respond when the account is supposed to be open because they target to walk away with your money. More than a month they have been notified by the reporting bank to release my account they don't give a damn. Their non-toll free numbers take forever to be answered and everyday i call their ***** line and being told the case has veen escalated for the whole month. No branch can help because they always say they dont have the authority to unblock accounts except the ***** investigators who are always on holiday. May this bank rot in hell I just hate everything about them now
