Useless bank

This is the most useless bank I've ever banked with. So many years withstanding their nonsense. It's enough!! Their policies need serious review and they need to hire competent staff. I cannot have 4 different employees having a different understanding on one topic. Being sent pillar to post on the dumbest thing? How educated are these people if at all? Unapproved debit orders going off my account, which had no funds. And simply because I know the company they are not going to view it as *****? Now I have to incur ridiculous bank charges for some ******* I didn't approve and didn't know was going to be done. ******* bank! From day one. Can't even block or cancel the damn thing because it hasn't reflected yet on their system? Then how the hell is it showing on my banking app? I'm done, I'm taking all my banking needs else where. Even Capitec has never given me such **** service. I'll go make my new home at Nedbank. Atleast they hire staff that understand their work, true professionals.
