Useless bank

Absolutely ****** useless. Have a ********** transaction, try report it, something that shouldn't even take 10 minutes. Kept getting transferred to dead phone numbers. Had to phone 5 separate times, took 40 minutes before these *********** idiots canceled the card, took over 50 minutes for any ***** to be reported. Didn't sound like these had a clue what they were doing and you would think they had an interest in calming your concern, yet only time they act is when you complain on here. By the way dealing with *********** idiots costed more than what the ********** transaction,yet I can bet fnb won't give me the amount I've lost due to dealing with their *********** staff.
