Useless bank

Truly disgusting service from FNB utterly dreadful how do I withdraw cash from the ATM its no dispensed I go to the bank they say 7 14 working days now nearly a month later they keep giving me the run around when other banks just take less than 7 working days truly disappointed and yet i just switched back to this dreadful bank after leaving for 10 years
