Useless bank!!!!!

This bank is absolutely useless when it comes to providing service to their Private Wealth Client like myself. This bank has inconvenienced me so much for the past week and the matter still remains unresolved. I cannot access my own money due to negligence and the entire staff I have been communicating with throughout the week are of no held what so ever. I definitely will be switching banks!
